- Lawn Care: Mow lawns, edge walkways, and remove weeds.
- Plant Care: Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and vegetables. Water plants and flowers, ensuring they receive the proper care.
- Pruning and Trimming: Trim and prune hedges, bushes, and trees to maintain a neat and healthy garden.
- Weeding: Remove weeds from garden beds, lawns, and paved areas to ensure proper plant growth.
- Soil and Fertilization: Help with soil preparation, fertilization, and mulching to enhance plant growth.
- Garden Waste Removal: Collect and dispose of garden waste such as leaves, branches, and clippings.
- Tool Maintenance: Ensure that garden tools and equipment are in good working condition. Clean and maintain tools after use.
- General Clean-Up: Keep the garden area clean, including sweeping pathways, removing debris, and ensuring overall tidiness.
- Watering Systems: Assist in maintaining irrigation systems and hand-watering plants when necessary.
- Landscape Maintenance: Help with general landscape upkeep, including maintaining hardscapes like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, such as bags of soil or mulch (often up to 50 pounds).
- Capable of working on your feet for long periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks like bending, kneeling, or squatting.
- Good stamina to work outdoors in hot, cold, or rainy weather.
