Qualifications & experience
- Professional Driver's License
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in driving and engine troubleshooting
- as well as basic automative repair and maintenance
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment
- Proven work experience as Company driver
Tasks & responsibilities
- Transports employees and equipment/materials to and from project sites in a timely manner
- Perform pre-use and post trip inspection of vehicle
- Responsible for the safe operation, usage, and maintenance of the assigned company vehicle
- Ensures all duties are performed in adherence to local traffic laws and company policies
- Perform servicing, troubleshooting and repair of vehicles when needed
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned company vehicle
- Assist in loading and unloading of items when needed
- Familiar with the use of navigation apps and traffic routes
