Location: Quezon City, Philippines

Your Role
As a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist , you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional assistance in Cantonese and English across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and other support platforms.
- Provide excellent customer support in Cantonese and English .
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, product information, and general support.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and tools.
- Achieve quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and effective problem-solving.
- Perform additional tasks that support daily business and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Cantonese (spoken and written).
- Working knowledge of English is required, as training and internal systems are conducted in English.
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience .
- Previous experience in Collections is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Must possess a valid Philippine working visa .
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule.
