Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information about services, accounts, and processes
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Accurately document all interactions and updates
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed

Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends

Requirements:

• K–12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
• At least 1 year BPO experience
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Must be willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Stable internet connection at home
