Training & Development Specialist (Financial Services)

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging e-learning, instructor-led workshops, and behavioral/soft skills programs.
- Conduct TNI & TNA to align training programs with business objectives and operational needs.
- Develop diverse learning experiences using classroom, self-paced modules, simulations, and role-playing.
- Manage training effectiveness through progress checks, certifications, and data-driven improvements.
- Work with SMEs and managers to advance employee engagement and support organizational change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years in training, with a strong preference for US Banking or Financial Industry backgrounds.
- Solid knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and training technology.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across business lines.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning tools.
- Must be willing to relocate to Dumaguete.
