Position: General Affair Staff (One day hiring)

Work Location: Binan Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: Php17,000 - Php18,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Have experience in administrative or clerical task is a plus.
- Can attend interviews
- Amenable to work onsite in Laguna
- Can start as soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Previous experience in General Affairs or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including facilities management, office supply monitoring, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, visa processing, and travel arrangements.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Assist in HR-related functions such as recruitment, onboarding. and employee documentation
