Digital Advertising Account Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns and leading client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and delivering insights.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, project management software (Asana, Trello), and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing is a plus.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand clients' business goals and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, and analytics) to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate account executives and junior team members.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovative solutions and seamless project execution.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
- Oversee account budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities.
- Proactively recommend new strategies and tools to enhance client campaigns.
