(Junior) Logistics Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire logistics process, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with SOP
• Coordinate and monitor shipments to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive shipment records within the company platform
• Collaborate effectively with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to fulfill logistics needs as per client guidelines
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields
• 1-3 years of work experience in a logistics environment; Experience in forwarding or manufacturing company, exporting to US and other international markets is preferable
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good Command of both written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup), PowerPoint, Outlook, MS D365
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
