業務内容
・日本人エグゼクティブと連携し、戦略的優先事項の計画と実行、ガバナンスの管理、エグゼクティブの業務リズム（会議、運営設計）の確立・運営
・会社全体のプログラム（企業変革、組織統合、変革イニシアティブ）のリード
・多国籍の日本関連エグゼクティブイベントの計画と実行（計画、利害関係者調整、当日の運営まで）
・ビジネス・運営データに基づき、日本人エグゼクティブ向けの資料（ブリーフィング、プレゼンテーション、意思決定メモ、報告書）の作成
・必要に応じて外部関係の対応（交渉、関連機関との調整）
・ビジネスプロセスの課題を特定し、改善策（効率化、可視化、コラボレーション強化）を計画・実行
求める人材
・総務や秘書としての経験必須
・英語ビジネスレベル以上
・日本と海外との調整業務の経験がある方(必須)
・内部コミュニケーションや広報経験
・同じ会社で長く働ける方
・政府機関やNGOとの外部パートナーシップ構築およびマルチステークホルダープロジェクトの推・進経験があれば尚可
・経営会議やボードミーティング、地域会議の計画および運営経験があれば尚可
