Human Resource Training Specialist

We are looking for a Training Specialist who will take the lead in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that empower our employees to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement effective training programs for employees across all departments. Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps. Coordinate onboarding training for new hires. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and learning sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. Maintain training records and prepare related reports. Collaborate with department heads to align training with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in training and development or HR. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
