As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the voice of the company, assisting customers with their needs while delivering outstanding service. You'll answer inquiries, resolve concerns, process customer requests, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
What You'll Do:
Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries.
Explain products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Update customer records and account information.
Keep detailed notes of every customer interaction.
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
