Position: Mandarin Shipping Coordinator Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Ilocos Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (4 weeks a month and 1 week rest) Salary: Php45,000 - Php60,000 Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
- Open to foreign nationals and can process a working visa.
- Open to Fresh graduates and Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- Having related experience is a big plus
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Coordinate vessel schedules, cargo shipments, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth shipping operations.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, contractors, and business partners regarding shipping and logistics concerns.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve logistics issues, and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely delivery.
