About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing & Digital Operations Administrator to oversee digital marketing initiatives, maintain the company's online presence, and support business communications. This is a senior, hands-on role suited for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate takes ownership of projects from start to finish, understands the purpose behind their work, identifies opportunities for improvement, and consistently delivers high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging marketing content.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Research industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
Website Administration
- Manage and maintain the company website.
- Update products, services, case studies, and company information.
- Improve website content and user experience.
- Ensure all published information is accurate and up to date.
Marketing Operations
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance.
- Assist with SEO planning and implementation.
- Prepare reports and recommendations supported by research and data.
Graphic Design & Print Production
- Design digital and print marketing materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork for suppliers.
- Ensure artwork meets print specifications, including resolution, bleed, color profiles, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with printers and suppliers to ensure accurate production of marketing collateral.
Business Communications
- Prepare newsletters, client announcements, feature updates, and marketing emails.
- Translate technical software updates into clear, client-friendly communications.
- Support company presentations and promotional campaigns.
Platform Administration
Manage and administer business platforms, including:
- Facebook Business Manager
- LinkedIn Company Pages
- WordPress
- HubSpot
- Email marketing platforms
- Google Analytics
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing business pages, permissions, user access, and platform administration is highly preferred.

Qualifications
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Website Administration, or a similar role.
- Strong B2B marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing company social media platforms.
- Experience preparing print-ready marketing collateral.
- Experience conducting competitor research and market analysis.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
