JOB PURPOSE:

Billing Staff ensures that the company tracks and collects debts consistently and correctly which includes safeguarding the revenues and charges its customers appropriately and collects payments in a timely manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with finance and operations to maintain accounts receivable.
• Ensures customers are billed correctly for services offered
• Issues invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail
• Communicate with customers to answer questions
• Request payments of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner
• Keep accurate records such as templates, excel file for the account
• Prepare and submit statements
• To perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

At least college level of any business course

Experience:

At least 1 year work related experience
