- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Provide quotes and explain policy details
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
- Process claims and provide ongoing support
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates or Students eager to learn.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Working Conditions: willing to be train with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong desire to succeed in sales
