Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in insurance renewals, policy administration, or customer service. Good understanding of insurance products, policy terms, and renewal processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance or CRM software systems. Ability to analyze policy information and explain changes clearly. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the insurance sector. Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Monitor upcoming policy expiration dates and manage renewal schedules. Contact clients to discuss renewal options before policy deadlines. Prepare and send renewal notices, quotations, and supporting documents. Review policy details for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams on renewal terms. Respond to client questions regarding premiums, coverage, and policy changes. Maintain accurate records in policy administration and CRM systems. Follow up on outstanding renewals to reduce policy lapses and cancellations. Identify opportunities for policy upgrades or additional coverage products. Support retention initiatives by delivering timely and professional service.
