We're Hiring for Call Center Agents who are approachable, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference.
In this role, you'll handle incoming calls, give clear information about what we offer, solve customer concerns, and make sure every caller has a positive experience.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Answering calls in a courteous and professional manner
Providing correct and useful product information
Resolving customer problems quickly and smoothly
Helping with account updates and service requests
Keeping detailed records of each conversation
Adhering to company policies, scripts, and performance targets
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
Willing to work on site
Education: At least high school or senior high school graduate
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
