What You’ll Be Owning

This is a core creative leadership role covering brand consistency, multimedia production, and workflow optimization. You aren't just making things look "pretty"; you are organizing asset composition in a modern way—mastering typography, color, opacity, blending modes, offset balance, and shapes to frame a compelling narrative.

You’ll take the lead on:

• Strategic Multimedia Production: Balancing static graphics, high-impact video, and motion graphics inside After Effects and Premiere Pro to tell a complete story.
  

• Dynamic Support: Comfortably jumping into the production loop for corporate recruitment graphics, social media drops, and business decks while keeping output velocity high.
  

• Brand Guardianship: Maintaining 100% brand consistency across all digital, print, and internal collateral, treating the brand guide as law.
  

• AI Workflow Integration: Implementing AI-enhanced systems (like Midjourney or Adobe Firefly) to eliminate manual design blockages and accelerate concept discovery.
  

• Digital Asset Management: Documenting, constructing, and managing the company's reusable creative asset libraries across Adobe and Canva.
  

• End-to-End Project Execution: Overseeing the design track from brief interpretation to final delivery, ensuring polished, high-impact visuals are shipped with minimal revision cycles.
  

Requirements

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

• Are a Visual Architect: You have a phenomenal ability to evaluate composition, balance visual weight, and direct brand presentation across distinct presentation spaces.
  

• Are a Multimedia Hybrid: You are equally comfortable executing designs in Photoshop or Illustrator as you are orchestrating animation layers in After Effects.
  

• Are an AI-Adaptive Operator: You actively weave modern generative AI systems into your creative exploration and production routines to scale turnaround velocity.
  

• Have 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and multimedia production, ideally within a marketing, agency, or corporate branding team.
  

• Are High-Accountability: You don't need to be chased for updates. You read briefs clearly, manage your turnaround clocks, and systematically address design critique.
  

• Communicate with elite fluency and professional confidence, articulating design logic smoothly.
