We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Encoder to support our Accounting Department in encoding, verifying, and maintaining accounting documents and financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Encode accounting documents, including invoices, official receipts, vouchers, and other supporting financial documents.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of encoded information against source documents.
Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital copies of accounting records.
Assist in sorting and consolidating accounting documents for processing and recording.
Monitor and track submitted documents and follow up on missing or incomplete requirements.
Coordinate with the Accounting team regarding discrepancies or inconsistencies in documents.
Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of financial records.
Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling numerical data.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.
Willing to learn and able to meet deadlines.
