Home Care Provider/Care Giver

Primary Responsibilities

Personal Care : Assist clients with daily personal hygiene routines, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.

Medication Management : Help clients manage their medications by ensuring they take them as prescribed and understand their schedules.

Household Management : Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.

Companionship : Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in conversation and recreational activities to reduce feelings of loneliness.

Mobility Assistance : Help clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair and vice versa, as well as walking or exercising if needed.

Monitoring Health : Observe and report changes in the client’s physical or mental health to family members or healthcare professionals.

Transport Assistance : Provide transportation or accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, or other activities outside the home.

Emergency Response : In case of emergencies, provide first aid or CPR and notify emergency services if necessary.
