Brand Planner - 3 yrs experience in Supply Chain - Salary: 50k

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or related field 2+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and forecasting software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra) Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods and models Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical tools and historical data Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather input and align forecasts Monitor and analyze sales trends, market conditions, and customer behavior Identify and communicate forecast variances and recommend corrective actions Support inventory planning and procurement decisions based on forecast data Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings Maintain forecasting models and update parameters as needed Generate regular reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and performance Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability Continuously improve forecasting processes and tools
