Accounting Staff

As an Accounting Staff in our firm, you will assist with various accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and assisting senior accountants with other duties as needed. You will be expected to contribute positively to the firm’s operations by demonstrating a goal-driven attitude, a high level of accuracy, and an eagerness to learn and grow professionally. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process financial documents and reports.
• Perform basic accounting duties under the supervision of senior accountants.
• Monitor and update accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle data entry for financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Provide support for audits and other financial activities.
• Ensure that all accounting tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Accounting Technology.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Dynamic, goal-driven, and pressure-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, including working beyond regular hours when needed.
• Self-independent and adaptable, able to work with different personalities within the team and with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
