The Customer Service Representative – Hotel Reservation Account will assist customers with hotel bookings, room availability, reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general accommodation inquiries. You will ensure a smooth booking experience by providing accurate information and excellent customer service. This role is ideal for candidates searching for hotel reservation jobs in Quezon City, call center jobs in the Philippines, and career opportunities for applicants with at least 3 months of BPO experience.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to hotel reservations Assist with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and room availability checks Provide accurate information on rates, hotel policies, and accommodations Ensure smooth and efficient reservation processing Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Document all customer interactions accurately in the system Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targetsQUALIFICATIONS
High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage) Must have at least 3 months of BPO or call center experience Good English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to multitask Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedulesWORK SETUP & TRAINING
