JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management
- With 5 years’ experience in Finance Operations and Procure to Pay Cycle
- With 3 years’ experience in leadership and managerial
- Amendable to work in night shift schedule
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing, and payments.
- Ensure process compliance, accuracy, and timely execution across all steps.
- Manage interactions between procurement, finance, and accounts payable functions.
- Lead the delivery of P2P services according to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve disputes, payment delays, and reconciliation issues.
