Job Description:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing customer service team!
As a Call Center Agent , you’ll handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide outstanding service — all while representing top global brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns and questions via phone calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions using internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in every interaction
- At least 18 years old
- Completed Senior High School (or High School under the old curriculum)
- Good English communication skills
- Basic tech knowledge (navigating computers, troubleshooting apps/devices)
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to shifting schedules and working onsite or hybrid (depending on site)
