About the Opportunity

Pandr Outsourcing is building a dedicated offshore Appointment Setting Team to support a high-performing solar sales operation.

This is not a typical call center role. We are assembling a team of disciplined, results-driven professionals who know how to communicate effectively, qualify prospects, and consistently deliver outcomes.

You’ll work in a structured, performance-focused environment where expectations are clear, metrics are tracked daily, and high performers are recognized.

The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you will engage with homeowners, assess their suitability, and schedule qualified appointments for senior solar consultants to conduct detailed assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads
  
• Follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
  
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
  
• Book appointments for solar consultants
  
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
  
• Accurately update CRM systems and manage follow-ups
  
• Collaborate with team leaders to continuously improve performance
  

Performance Benchmarks

• Target: 12–15+ qualified appointments per day (depending on lead flow)
  
• Maintain strong attendance and daily consistency
  
• Deliver high-quality bookings that convert into sales
  
• Top performers consistently exceed targets and set team benchmarks
  

Requirements
