* Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments.
* Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
* Assist with other office tasks as needed.
* Manage office supplies inventory.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
