- Product Packaging: Accurately pack products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, securing items, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring that all items are properly stored and easily accessible for packing.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors and ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect products carefully, ensuring they are packed correctly and meet quality standards.
- Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods, lift and move packages, and handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors.
