Job Description:
â- Atuar na identificaÃão, planejamento e viabilizaÃão de treinamentos tecnicos e comportamentais para o desenvolvimento da equipe, visando a manutenÃão de um ambiente de trabalho pautado pela comunicaÃão, respeito, cooperaÃão e de constante busca pela inovaÃão e conhecimento
â- Atuar no desdobramento de Objetivos com toda a equipe operacional
â- Atuar com as áreas de interface na busca de soluÃões para desvios complexos
â- Atuar nas recomendaÃões de movimentaÃões salariais (merito e promoÃões, admissões e demissões) da sua equipe, por meio da análise individual dos profissionais em termos de responsabilidades, competências e potencial, visando assegurar o alinhamento da remuneraÃão ao desempenho da equipe
â- Identificar, priorizar, planejar e coordenar a execuÃão de projetos de melhoria, atraves da utilizaÃão de ferramentas de controle e gestão de projetos, envolvendo o time e avaliando os indicadores de evoluÃão, visando garantir boa performance operacional e a melhoria contÃnua dos processos existentes
â- Apoiar na abertura de novas operaÃões
â- Relacionamento com clientes internos e gestão de pessoas com o seu time
â- Identificar causas raÃzes de desvios e problemas complexos e traÃar melhorias junto a lideranÃa
â-Capacidade analÃtica para diagnosticar melhorias de processo, negociaÃão e de influenciar pessoas.
Requirements:
- Ensino Superior completo em AdministraÃão, LogÃstica, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência em ambiente logÃstico
- Disponibilidade de horários
- Pacote office nÃvel intermediário.
- Power BI/Excel/Python/ SQLnÃvel intermediário.
