Junior Accountant

Responsibilities
- Audit and assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements for Retail Company.
- Coordinating daily accounting activities, creating journal entries, preparing tax returns, developing financial statements, reporting financial status, and handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with other accounting tasks.
Requirements and skills
- Preferably at least 1 year experience working in a Retail industry.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledgeable of basic/ standard accounting principle and practices
- Good in oral and verbal communication
- Preferably knowledgeable in Quick book
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office application is required
- Excellent organizing abilities.
- Great attention to detail.
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Management or Accounting Technology
- Fresh graduates are welcome
