Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Store Clerk to join our team. The Store Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, calculating change, and managing inventory.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Ability to organize and maintain store shelves and merchandise.
- Knowledge of inventory management and product stocking practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of store policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move products (up to [specify weight], if applicable).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing products.

- Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues.
