Company Profile: A multinational luxury fashion brand specializing in premium handbags, footwear, and other luxury products is looking for a Mandarin Client Advisor, with more than 150 years of excellence in the industry. Position: Mandarin Luxury Customer Relations Specialist Industry: Luxury Fashion Brand Location: Pasay City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 55,000 Work Set-up: Work On-siteJOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
- Open to highschool, undergraduates and fresh graduates of any courses.
- Having face to face sales experience is a big plus.
- Knowledgeable in luxury brand products is a big plus.
- Having experience in premium fashion, jewelry, hospitality, or luxury retail is a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly and deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences, then recommend products that best match their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling practices to foster loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Manage customer inquiries, product reservations, exchanges, and after-sales support with professionalism and efficiency.
