JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a FINRA Licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) with an active Series 6 or Series 7 license to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in an onsite, shifting-schedule environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide professional and effective customer service support to clients while maintaining a high standard of communication and service quality.
Handle customer inquiries and requests in accordance with established financial services and regulatory procedures .
Apply knowledge relevant to the FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license when supporting customer interactions and financial service-related concerns.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow required process, compliance, and quality standards .
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Active FINRA License: Series 6 or Series 7 license in good standing.
Customer Service: Strong customer service and client-handling skills, preferably within financial services.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding of financial products, customer service processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Professional Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects .
Must hold an active FINRA license – Series 6 or Series 7 .
Must have excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig .
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule .

Work Setup: 100% onsite in Taguig.
Schedule: Shifting schedule.
Candidates must have an active FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license .
License Series number and validity date will be verified during screening.
