Accounting and Finance Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting and Finance Virtual Assistant to support our clients with bookkeeping, invoicing, financial reporting, and other administrative finance tasks. If you’re highly organized, dependable, and confident with accounting tools — we’d love to connect! Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks Prepare and send invoices Process accounts receivable and accounts payable Assist with payroll processing Generate financial reports and summaries Maintain accurate records and documentation Reconcile bank and credit card statements Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms Support tax preparation and end-of-month closing tasks Qualifications: At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable working remotely with US-based clients
