Compliance Officer

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff.
- Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of compliance or regulatory experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of compliance regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical working hours with potential for overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Ethical judgment, proactive attitude, and adaptability.
