- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Accurately process transactions using the cash register or point of sale system.
- Manage cash handling, including processing payments, giving change, and reconciling cash drawers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and stock shelves as needed.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Qualities and Traits: Average written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage customer transactions and provide exceptional service.
- Willing to be trained and work on shifting schedule.
