Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a telesales or similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Team-oriented with a positive attitude towards service delivery.
