Job Description

E-Commerce Intern 

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy  E-Commerce Intern  to join our growing team. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms

• Support handling of order-related concerns such as returns, refunds, cancellations, and delivery follow-ups

• Help customers with basic product information and order tracking

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to help resolve order and delivery issues

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Monitor customer feedback and reviews across e-commerce platforms

• Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Open to students (internship/OJT) or fresh graduates, preferably in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or related fields

• Strong interest in e-commerce and online customer support

• Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify is an advantage

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Basic computer skills and internet navigation required

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Nice to Have

• Exposure to customer service tools (e.g., CRM or helpdesk platforms)

• Knowledge of order fulfillment and inventory processes

• Experience in social media or online selling platforms
