Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping team. This role ensures cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas while maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise housekeeping staff including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry attendants.
• Assign daily duties, inspect work, and ensure completion in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linen; place orders when needed.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to current staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Address guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain daily reports and logs (room status, maintenance issues, etc.).
• Coordinate with maintenance and front office teams as needed.
