Delivery Driver

Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload deliveries from suppliers, couriers, and internal transfers
- Inspect incoming parts and materials for damages, discrepancies, or missing items
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and part numbers against purchase orders, delivery receipts, or invoices
- Properly document received items using forms, inventory systems, or ERP software
- Tag or label incoming parts with stock codes or barcodes, if applicable
- Coordinate with purchasing or quality control teams when issues are found (e.g., wrong item, defective part)
- Ensure proper storage and organization of received items in the warehouse or stockroom
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the receiving area
Delivery & Rider Duties:
- Transport parts between branches, warehouses, suppliers, or customers using company-issued motorcycle or delivery vehicle
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation (e.g., delivery receipts, acknowledgment forms) during pickups and drop-offs
- Handle deliveries safely and professionally, ensuring parts are not damaged in transit
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition and report any issues promptly
