Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, Excellent customer service skills, Strong problem-solving abilities, Effective scheduling skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, Empathy, Attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Strong multitasking skills
