Real Estate Listing Coordinator (Remote)

About Us We are looking for a highly organized Listing Backer to be the administrative force behind our property listings. You will handle the paperwork, logistics, and scheduling to ensure the listing process runs smoothly from start to finish. If you are detail-oriented and love staying on top of tasks, this role is perfect for you. We have clients onboarding daily and many are ready to hire immediately (even the same day)! Key Responsibilities
- Paperwork & Compliance: Draft listing agreements, input property details into systems, and organize documents like Seller Disclosures and HOA packets.
- Scheduling Logistics: Coordinate professional photoshoots, open houses, and property showings.
- Feedback & Reports: Collect showing feedback and send weekly status reports to sellers.
- Offer Support: Help process offers, addendums, and counter-offers to facilitate smooth negotiations.
- Processor: Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent (Highly Required)
- OS: Windows 10 or Mac OS
- Memory: At least 8GB RAM
- Storage: Minimum 60GB free hard disk space available
- Peripherals: Headset with noise-canceling feature and a High-Definition Webcam
- Admin Skills: Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
