Company Overview Our client is an organization operating within the BPO sector, focused on mortgage, banking, financial services, and insurance. The company serves globally and is committed to delivering quality solutions, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. Additional information about the organization will be shared with selected candidates at the appropriate stage of the recruitment process. Location: Alabang Work Setup: Onsite, Night Shift Compensation Range: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide appropriate solutions and resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when communicating with customers.
- Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Meet established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.
- Follow company guidelines, call handling procedures, and data privacy policies.
- Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- At least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, regardless of account or line of business (LOB).
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in any field.
- Willing to work on a night shift and shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Customer-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on-site, as required by the company.
