About the Job:

We are looking for a SAP Basis Senior Associate to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and support SAP technology, implementation, and modernization initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, and support of SAP environments while working closely with clients and technical teams to ensure reliable and efficient SAP operations. You will also contribute to business transformation initiatives, resolve complex technical issues, and mentor junior team members while continuously developing your technical and consulting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and provide effective SAP Basis solutions and technical support.
• Perform the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems and environments.
• Support SAP implementation, modernization, enhancement, and migration projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure the availability, stability, and performance of SAP environments.
• Manage and maintain SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments to support client business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support the integration and utilization of SAP technologies to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to clients for the effective use and integration of SAP applications.
• Apply analytical and critical thinking to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within SAP environments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding and anticipating client needs.
• Navigate complex and ambiguous situations while maintaining professional and technical standards.
• Mentor junior team members and support their technical and professional development.
• Stay current with emerging SAP technologies and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant SAP experience, with strong experience in SAP Basis administration and support.
• Hands-on experience in SAP installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, modernization, migration, or transformation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage.
• Strong ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• SAP certifications related to SAP Technology and platform solutions are an advantage, such as SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical certifications.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to develop expertise in emerging SAP technologies and modern SAP practices.
