Core Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain clients’ Chart of Accounts (COA) to ensure a well-structured financial system.
• Accurately record financial transactions, including revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Perform regular bookkeeping reviews to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end closing processes.
• Reconcile income records with bank deposits to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Communicate via email to properly classify and resolve uncategorized or unclear transactions.
• Prepare and generate monthly financial reports for both client and internal use.
• Handle clean-up and catch-up bookkeeping tasks to update and organize financial records.
• Review payroll documentation and analyze details to verify accuracy.
• Prepare, verify, classify, and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with accounting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks.
• Highly organized with a structured and methodical approach to tasks and workflows.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
