Maude Labs is a global brand evolution lab. We help founders and executives get ready for a raise, a scale, or an exit through brand strategy, visibility, PR, and investor positioning.

Our clients are founders, senior executives, and premium brands across the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, and the United States. We work with a small number of clients at a high level, and every touchpoint has to reflect that.

The Role

You are the operating system of Maude Labs. You make sure client delivery, team output, events, and vendors run on time and to standard, so leadership can stay focused on strategy, partnerships, and revenue.

The role is primarily remote. It includes one in-person team meeting per week in Makati and attendance at required Maude events and client activations.

What You’ll Own

• Client delivery: run timelines, deliverables, and quality control across retainer and project clients, from kickoff to turnover.
• Team rhythm: run weekly reviews, track EOD reporting against targets, and follow up on accountability so deadlines hold without leadership chasing them.
• Systems and process: build and maintain the workflows, templates, and trackers the team runs on. Fix what breaks, and fix it once.
• Events and activations: own logistics for co-hosted events, retreats, and client shoots, including venues, vendors, run-of-show, and on-site execution.
• Vendors and freelancers: source, brief, and manage photographers, HMUA, production teams, and freelance designers within budget and brand standard.
• Reporting: keep leadership informed on project status, team performance, and operational risks. Flag issues early, and bring a recommendation every time.
• Cross-border coordination: keep PH and US workstreams aligned across time zones.

Who You Are

• 4+ years in operations, project management, or chief-of-staff-type roles, ideally at an agency, consultancy, or premium service brand.
• You run on systems, but you know when to use judgment.
• You don’t wait to be told. You anticipate what’s next, take ownership, and close loops.
• You write clearly and concisely. Your updates have a point, and your problems come with solutions.
• You have high standards for detail and taste. You can tell when something looks or feels off-brand.
• You’re comfortable managing people senior to you on deadlines, and holding the line kindly.
• You’re fluent in Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools, and quick to pick up new ones.
• You’ve run events or productions before, which is a strong plus.
• You’re available for weekly in-person meetings in Makati and occasional evening or weekend events.
