REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa.
- Open to undergraduates and Bachelor's graduates in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related fields.
- Having 5–10 years of solid experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong expertise in major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, with the ability to drive performance and scale campaigns effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Mandarin Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking markets, with a strong focus on performance, traffic, and conversions.
- Responsible for coordinating and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in expectations, smooth collaboration, and accurate translation of business requirements into actionable plans.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools.
- Oversee, implement, and enhance advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, driving performance and efficiently scaling campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and performance improvement.
- Monitor and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging tools.
