JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conducts Pre-Bid Meetings.
Attend site Inspections.
Assist in the Preparation of Controls Estimates as needed per package.
Lead the Preparation of Bid Documents for Bidding (Invitation to Bid, Bid Annexes, Queries, Bid Bulletins).
Tabulation and Evaluation of Bids (Post Bid Clarification Meetings)
Award/ Contract Documentation
Updates Procurement Monitoring or Similar Monitoring of Project being handles (OKR Regular Updating).
Evaluation and Validation of change orders/ Extra work (Including Reconciliation Process)
Process Contracts Billings for timely Payment to Contractor through Approval in Sapphire Billing Management System.
Attend Coordination meetings.
Conduct Financial Inspections.
Preparation of Contracts Closure Amendment.
IFCA Pplus Contract Entry.
Newforma Project Management System
CAD Tracker
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
Can also have of 2-3 year of working experiences.
