● Maintain data confidentiality and security in compliance with company policies.

● Coordinate with different departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
● Generate reports and summaries as needed.
● Graduate of any course.
● Previous experience as an encoder or data entry is an advantage.
● Proficient in Google Sheet and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
● Fast and accurate typing skills.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
