Cinema Cashier

We are looking for a Cinema Cashier who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by efficiently managing ticket and concession sales. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in cash handling, and a friendly, approachable demeanor to ensure a memorable and seamless guest experience. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with ticket purchases, show schedules, and seat availability.
2. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments for tickets, food, and beverages.
3. Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and issue receipts or change as necessary.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter and concession areas.
5. Upsell combo offers and promotions to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
6. Answer customer inquiries regarding movie showtimes, pricing, and cinema policies.
7. Ensure accurate cash balancing at the beginning and end of shifts.
8. Follow hospitality and safety protocols to ensure a pleasant and secure environment.
9. Assist in replenishing stock at the concession stand as required.
10. Report any technical or customer-related issues to the supervisor immediately.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous cashier or customer service experience in the hospitality, cinema, or retail industry preferred.
3. Basic math skills and proficiency in operating POS systems.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
